My Etsy story is ongoing. I have been a crafter since my grandma first showed me how to knit. Once we got past the righty vs lefty issue, it was clear sailing.
Growing up, I watched my dad tinker around in his home shop. He could do and make anything he wanted, and that made a big impression on me.
I made furniture for my doll house, sewed them clothes (but used rubberbands to hold the dresses closed because I hated doing hooks), knitted them blankets, and formed little clay dishes.
I've taken on my dad's CAN DOness and done everything from quilting to finishing my basement. My favorite items around the house are decoupage and duct tape, although neither of these were used in finishing the basement. :)
Fast forward to today.
I've taken a love of photography (another thing I got from my dad) and the desire to travel to places new and remembered, and created photo collages so other folks can enjoy these places too.
I've realized that I'm happiest when I'm creating. That's why I added note cards and hang tags to my shop. I can't seem to help myself! :)
